Corona virus and canceled or postponed events

Via this page we'll keep you updated about events that are cancelled or postponed due to the outbreak of the coronavirus.

Caring for the safety and well-being of our fans has been and always will be Ticketmaster’s most important priority, especially during challenging times like these. As global health concerns continue to develop, our team is working diligently behind the scenes, coordinating with local authorities in monitoring and assessing overall impact, while actively supporting the artists, event organisors, festivals and venues you love as they work out how best to proceed with the thousands of events they have on the horizon.

While some events unfortunately have had to be cancelled, we are working with many of our event partners to see how best to reschedule each event for your enjoyment. As you can imagine, this takes time, so we truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this new territory.

Update joint regulation cultural sector

In the meantime, the cultural sector has jointly developed a regulation, supported by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science and the Authority for Consumers and Markets. Organisors are working hard to reschedule events to new dates in which case your ticket will remain valid. If you can’t make it to the new date, the organisor of the event will offer a voucher. If a new date can’t be found, the event will be have to be canceled and the ticket holder will also be offered a voucher by the event organisor.

The best interest of our ticket buyers, event organisors and artists is our top priority. That’s why we support regulation that supports both our industry and offers fair compensation to fans. We are currently working out the details so that we can start this procedure in a clear and complete manner. We will share new developments on our information page and FAQ’s as soon as possible.

Here you will find a list of cancelled events and postponed events. This list is updated daily on working days.

If you’re looking for more information, you could also try the the event promotor’s website.

The best way to check your event status is through the portal above. In the meantime, please see below for more detailed guidance:
